36. (Repealed).
36. The provincial advisory committee shall elect a chairman and two vice-chairmen chosen from among the members contemplated in subparagraphs a and b of section 34. It shall meet at least twice each year.
The committee shall prepare by-laws of internal management and establish the manner of electing members of the executive committee. Such by-laws shall come into force after approval by the Minister.
